　　石膏粉生產(chǎn)線原料破碎工藝:石膏塊體次由粗顎式破碎機(jī)破碎，分布在卸料區(qū)，第二次由細(xì)顎式破碎機(jī)破碎，送入料倉。在此過程中，嚴(yán)禁粗顎式破碎機(jī)帶負(fù)荷起動(dòng)，停止報(bào)警信號(hào);卸料區(qū)分為兩個(gè)卸料區(qū)，卸料車應(yīng)自由切換，物料分布均勻。石膏粉生產(chǎn)線預(yù)磨:筒倉中的石膏粉用螺桿量取，帶機(jī)進(jìn)入柱磨機(jī)進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步磨粉，再用分離器進(jìn)行分離。合格物料由角螺桿輸送機(jī)、立斗提升機(jī)、頂螺桿輸送機(jī)運(yùn)至面粉倉。在此過程中，用定值法測(cè)量螺旋，計(jì)算累計(jì)輸出。柱磨機(jī)也不能帶負(fù)荷啟動(dòng)，并需要測(cè)試電流;由庫存水平信號(hào)來選擇倉庫進(jìn)料。
